Well, what a fantastic day! We are now installed in the Swan Theatre Studio for the run. Sets and furniture are in place, props gathered, and we have had our final dress rehearsal. Everything looks like it should run very smoothly this week. All that hard work has really paid off, some great and really funny performances. Break a leg, guys! We have also heard that performances at the end of the week are close to selling out – so to guarantee a ticket, if you haven’t already, contact Worcester Live Box Office.
However, just a word of warning that there are a couple of road closures near the theatre.
The Back Lane South/Upper Tything junction (Opposite the Alice Ottley School) is closed 17 – 21st March and the Severn terrace/Castle Street junction (by Detroit’s diner) is closed 17 – 31st March.
However, the Swan Theatre and adjacent Pitchcroft Moors Car Park are still fully open and accessible. Best route by car is to turn off Castle Street at Love’s Grove (by the Police station).
Please allow a little extra time on your journey – particularly during the notorious Worcester rush-hour. We look forward to seeing you all there over the next few nights.
